Paid Time Off (PTO)

Time to relax and renew.

Time away from work is essential to every employee’s wellbeing. Paid Time Off (PTO) at Swire Properties combines vacation, sick and personal time into one bank. Your time is accrued from the first day and increases with the length of your employment. New hires from 0-3 years receive up to 20 days a year and unused hours are eligible for rollover.

Child Care Leave

Family first.

We respect your personal responsibilities and are proud to offer generous family leave time. After 12 months, full-time employees are eligible for paid Child Care Leave following the birth, adoption, or foster care placement of a child. Eligible employees are entitled to up to twelve (12) weeks of base pay if they are the primary caregiver parent while secondary care parents are entitled to up to four (4) weeks of childcare leave at full pay.
