Henry Bott leads the Company’s US development and investment operations. Henry joined Swire Properties in 2010 serving positions in the retail, office, and investment departments in Beijing and Hong Kong. Prior to taking up his current role, Henry was Chief Representative for Swire Properties in Vietnam where he led the Company’s first investments in the country. Henry is a member of the Royal Institution of Charted Surveyors.
A graduate of Columbia Law School, Jayme has extensive legal experience in the domestic and international real estate and hospitality industries, most recently contributing to numerous developments that have shaped the Miami-Fort Lauderdale Metropolitan Area.
With more than 25 years of experience, Andrew has worked for the Swire group of companies since 2007 in various finance roles in Hong Kong, Singapore and the USA. Andrew joined Swire Properties in August 2022. Andrew is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
With over 25 years of experience in operations, HR, leasing, and marketing within the property industry in Australia and the USA, Shaun has worked for Westfield, AMP Capital, Caesars Entertainment and now Swire Properties USA.
Real estate and lifestyle marketing veteran Christa leads Swire’s multi-brand, multi-channel Marketing and Communications in the U.S. For more than 20 years, she has led marketing strategies for Westfield, Simon Property Group and Swire Properties USA in New York, Los Angeles and Miami.
During the last two decades, David built his expertise in high-end Retail, Grade-A office Property and Asset Management, Leasing, Acquisition and Development in Westfield, Hong Kong Land Limited and Swire Properties across Asia and the U.S.A.
Kevin brings more than a decade of experience in Property Development. He has worked on over 9 million square feet of development ($7B of development) inclusive of office, residential, hospitality and retail. Kevin has worked on 3,000 luxury residential units, including some of New York City’s most prominent projects like Manhattan West at Hudson Yards and Greenpoint Landing.
For more than 20 years, Sam has built his experience in finance across different industries in the United States, Sam joined Swire Properties in 2015 where he developed his expertise in the residential real estate market in Miami, more specifically in Brickell.
