The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami will be located at the southern end of Brickell Key. This project is composed of two towers that sit on a 100,000-square-foot, multi-tiered, amenity podium.

Rising 850 feet tall, the South Tower will host 228 private residences across 66 floors, meanwhile the North Tower will rise 426 feet across 34 floors and will be the home of 70 private residences, 28 turnkey, fully furnished hotel residences and the new 121-key Mandarin Oriental, Miami hotel, which is destined to be the brand’s North American flagship.
