Construction

The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami will be located at the southern end of Brickell Key. This project is composed of two towers that sit on a 100,000-square-foot, multi-tiered, amenity podium.

The South Tower will feature 228 private residences across 66 floors, while the North Tower will include 70 private residences, 28 turnkey, fully furnished hotel residences, and the new 121-key Mandarin Oriental, Miami hotel, which is set to become the brand’s North American flagship.
