A safety net can ease the blow of unforeseeable circumstances. Swire Properties covers the full cost of Basic Life, Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance, Short-Term Disability (STD) and Long- Term Disability (LTD) for all employees.

Time away from work is essential to every employee’s wellbeing. Paid Time Off (PTO) at Swire Properties combines vacation, sick, and personal time into one bank. Your time begins accruing from the first day and increases with the length of your employment. New hires from 0-3 years receive up to 20 days a year and unused hours are eligible for rollover.
Family first.
We respect your personal responsibilities and are proud to offer generous family leave time. After 12 months, full-time employees are eligible for paid Child Care Leave following the birth, adoption, or foster care placement of a child. Eligible employees are entitled to up to twelve (12) weeks of base pay if they are the primary caregiver parent while secondary care parents are entitled to up to four (4) weeks of childcare leave at full pay.

We believe that flexible working can contribute to a more inclusive work environment, improved productivity, and a better balance between work and personal life. Remote working, compressed working hours and staggered working hours are available to team members, depending on the nature of the job and the company’s business needs.
