Following the closure of the original Mandarin Oriental, Miami hotel in May 2025, non-structural demolition reached 98% completion as of December.
With construction advancing steadily, The Residences remains on track for a 2030 delivery, with the implosion of the remaining structure scheduled for Q2 of this year, marking a significant step forward in the site’s transformation.
