Dave Martin leads the Company’s US development and investment operations. Prior to taking up his current role, Dave built his expertise in high-end Retail, Grade-A office Property and Asset Management, Leasing, Acquisition and Development in Westfield, Hong Kong Land Limited and Swire Properties across Asia and the U.S.A.
For more than a decade, Erika has spearheaded marketing strategies for some of the most iconic luxury & ultra-luxury residential properties in South Florida, including Paramount Fort Lauderdale Beach & Paramount Miami Worldcenter. With the objective of generating momentum for her properties and supporting sales, Erika led digital and physical marketing activities including social media, advertising, media relations and more.
Kevin brings more than a decade of experience in Property Development. He has worked on over 9 million square feet of development ($7B of development) inclusive of office, residential, hospitality and retail. Kevin has worked on 3,000 luxury residential units, including some of New York City’s most prominent projects like Manhattan West at Hudson Yards and Greenpoint Landing.
For more than 20 years, Sam has built his experience in finance across different industries in the United States, Sam joined Swire Properties in 2015 where he developed his expertise in the residential real estate market in Miami, more specifically in Brickell.
A graduate of Columbia Law School, Jayme has extensive legal experience in the domestic and international real estate and hospitality industries, most recently contributing to numerous developments that have shaped the Miami-Fort Lauderdale Metropolitan Area.
